Time zone converter

Choose a date, a time and a city, then add the cities you want to compare. The conversion uses the official time zone rules for the exact date you picked, so daylight saving changes are handled correctly — even for dates months in the future.

How this converter works

Your chosen wall-clock time is first turned into a single universal instant using the IANA time zone database — the same rule set your phone and computer use. That instant is then re-expressed in each target city. Because the rules are date-aware, a conversion for a July date correctly uses summer offsets, and a January date uses winter ones.
